TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is recommended to read these Terms and Conditions (GTC) before placing an order on the Site. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact customer service before placing an order.
Preamble :
These conditions are between the company of Mr. Meirinho Ivo, registred at the R.S.A.C. Versailles under number 803 622 687, and having its office at 34 rue du président Wilson 78230 Le Pecq France, hereinafter referred to as « Exit Stamp », and from the other side by any physical or moral person wishing to proceed to a shop referred as « the customer».

1 - Acceptance of Terms

2 - Order
To order a product, the Customer must first register on the site by filling out all the required information, both personal banking and this, to enable Exit Stamp to process the order.

3 - Price
Exit Stamp reserves the right to change prices at any time but the Products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry (subject to availability).
Products remain the property of Exit Stamp until full payment.
Prices are those displayed on the Site and are quoted in euros all taxes included French (French VAT and other applicable taxes) but does not include transportation costs. VAT non applicable for customers outside Europe. Custom taxes depending of your local custom laws.
When ordering, the total price indicated in the order confirmation includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, as well as transportation costs and commissioning.
Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of France may be subject to taxes and / or customs duties on the sole responsibility of the Customer and under the sole responsibility. Exit Stamp is not required to check and inform the customer of customs duties and taxes. To find out, the Client will inquire with the competent authorities of his country.
4 - Availability
Products offered on the site are for sale as the offer is online and in the stocks. Availability indicated at the time of the consultation of the Site by the Customer remains dependent on the actual state of the stock at the time of registration of the order. If after ordering a product proves to be unavailable, Exit Stamp inform the Customer promptly by mail, email or telephone and will provide an opportunity:

Some products may be available for pre-order. This means they will not be shipped until their release date to be specified on the Site. As soon as the product is available, Exit Stamp inform the Customer by email of dispatch of the order.
5 - Delivery
Exit Stamp deliver the Products ordered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the order confirmation email referred to in paragraph 6 of Article 2 of these Terms or if there is a pre-order, within 30 (thirty) days from the release date of the product that will be mentioned on the Site, in the product description.
If the Customer orders at the same time an available product and a pre-order, delivery of all will be in accordance with the time limits for pre-order product.
Postal delivery times are estimates, Exit Stamp can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery on postal service.
Products are sent to the shipping address that the Customer has indicated during the order process. In case of error in the address of the recipient, Exit Stamp can not be held responsible for failure in which it could deliver the product.
Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of France may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Customer and under its responsibility. Exit Stamp is not required to check and inform the customer of customs duties and taxes. To find out, the Client will inquire with the competent authorities of his country.
All products are delivered in "Track" mode. The customer can retrieve the tracking number in the "My Account" for the state of delivery of the Product in the network of postal services.
6 - Payment
Payment for the Products can be made either by credit card (Eurocard Mastercard, Carte Bleue and Visa) or by Paypal. No other method of payment is accepted. Customer's account will be debited at the time of the order.
By providing information related to its credit card or bank account, the customer confirms be allowed to make a payment with the card or the account, and be the holder of the card or account.
All credit card holders are subject to audits by the card issuer. If the issuer of the credit card refuses to authorize payment, Exit Stamp will not accept the order and will not be held responsible for non-delivery or exceeded delivery times.
7 - Secure payment

The order confirmed by the Customer will be considered effective only when the payment centers concerned have given their consent. In case of refusal, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email.

Exit Stamp will refund the amount of the order ie the purchase price / product (s) in question (s) and any initial shipping costs based on the rate charged if the entire order is returned. Refund will be made after verification that the conditions are met.

Refunding an order that received a promotional code

12 - The Promotional Codes

14 - Legal guarantee

16 - Intellectual Property

This contract is subject to French law.
Any dispute will be the responsibility of the French courts.
19 - Miscellaneous
